![]() I was then transferred to a supervisor who was just as useless as the previous 2 wasting my time and costing me as I was calling from overseas. ![]() He informed me that was the only solution. I asked if the software becomes incompatible every few months and customers were required to spend more money. He asked me to purchase a upgraded version if I wanted it to work and should of asked the question at the time of purchase. ![]() I then asked him why was it being advertised on their site if it was not compatible. After ages he informs me that as I am running the latest Mac OS Catalina the software is not compatible and won’t work. The tech asked to use team viewer and could not resolve as he said I installed the latest version of team viewer and he needed me to install a older version. Contacted the tech support was transferred to somewhere in India. Worked fine till my Mac crashed and had to reinstall the software.
